Role - Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Financials - £45K to £65K Base DOE

Experience
The client will consider applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 4 years demonstrable PQE.

Responsibilities
* Investigating and evaluating potential claims of medical negligence.
* Reviewing medical records and evidence to assess the strength of a case.
* Collaborating with medical experts to assess the quality of care provided.
* Providing clients with legal advice on their case and their legal rights.
* Drafting legal documentation, such as letters of claim, pleadings, and witness statements.
* Negotiating settlements with insurance companies or defendants on behalf of clients.
* Representing clients in court proceedings in the event of a trial.
* Keeping clients informed about the progress of their case and managing their expectations.
* Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards when handling cases.
* Engaging in continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with changes in medical negligence law and practice.
