This specialist school needs a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant who can stay calm under pressure and respond thoughtfully to challenging moments. You’ll support one pupil across the school day, helping them regulate emotions and access learning safely. Ideal for someone with experience in SEND, SEMH, care, or youth work, or someone ready to step into that space.
