The Opportunity
Join Penfold, one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintechs, on a mission to help everyone save enough to live comfortably in later life. We’re rebuilding the pensions experience from the ground up — modern, simple, and engaging — and already manage nearly £1bn in pension assets for more than 100,000 savers.
Backed by world-class investors (early backers of Spotify, Dropbox & Adyen) and a talented team of 50, we’re entering an exciting growth phase — expanding our regional sales model across the UK.
This is the first hire of its kind, giving you full ownership of your region and the chance to shape how we scale nationally. You’ll be the face of Penfold in your area, driving growth through relationships with accountants, IFAs, and other intermediaries.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in partnership or B2B sales, ideally within pensions, fintech, accounting software, or business banking.
* Existing network of accountants, IFAs, or EBCs — able to leverage relationships to hit the ground running.
* Skilled in consultative sales and nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments and enjoys building from scratch.
* Comfortable being out in the field — hosting workshops, networking, and representing Penfold in person.
