The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Stock Coordinator to join our Bars Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong logistical skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for operational excellence to be part of our thriving team.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving standards across our 12 stadium bars, supporting stock operations, and ensuring readiness for matchdays, concerts, and events.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Bars Management Team with ordering, deliveries, and stock control.
* Manage cellar and storeroom cleanliness and organisation to a high standard.
* Prepare bars and storerooms for fixtures, concerts, and non-matchday events.
* Perform a blend of physical stock handling and administrative stock system tasks.
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and Environmental Health Officer (EHO) procedures, including completing daily cleaning checklists.
* Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and correctly stored, with corridors kept clear at all times.
* Assist with matchday stock setup and operational support, working alongside bar and event managers.
* Report hazards, incidents, and accidents following company protocols.
* Maintain accurate records across all stock and cellar operations.
Key Objectives and KPIs
* High-standard cleanliness and organisation of the Heineken and Lansdown Cellars and storerooms.
* Compliance with H&S and EHO requirements.
* Efficient and safe stock handling across all bar areas.
* Preparation and readiness of event equipment.
* Delivery of excellent internal service to the Bars and Events teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience working in a busy, high-volume bar or hospitality environment (branded/bar chain experience advantageous).
* Sound understanding of stock control systems and cellar operations.
* Confident using technology for stock management and administrative tasks.
* Strong initiative, attention to detail, and solutions-focused mindset.
* Comfortable performing physical tasks alongside office-based duties.
* Organised, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
