Our successful and long established medium‑sized client specialises in the installation of Mechanical Building Services on large‑scale commercial developments in the South East, especially within the London market.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for bid management on projects typically to £8M Mechanical Value, overseeing bid strategy and forthcoming projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in Mechanical Building Services estimating on commercial projects.
Benefits
The role is full hybrid, with occasional visits to the central London Office or the head office in Essex, and offers an excellent base salary plus additional benefits.
