In this role, you will work closely with our HRBPs as well as Shared Services and L&OD, to provide a professional, pro-active, collaborative and customer-focused service to the business.
Your day-to-day duties will involve supporting managers and colleagues with employee relations, driving productivity and operational efficiency, as well as delivering generalist HR support and related administration. You will also have opportunities to be involved in reviewing policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, training and varied HR projects.
This role will focus on the Repairs, Finance, Assets and New Homes areas of our business and is ideal if you have a passion for making a difference to the business through your HR advice and support.
Responsibilities
* Support managers and colleagues with employee relations, driving productivity and operational efficiency, and delivering generalist HR support and related administration.
* Review policies, support recruitment and onboarding, training and varied HR projects.
* Collaborate with HRBPs, Shared Services and L&OD to provide a professional, proactive and customer-focused HR service.
* Contribute HR advice and support to the Repairs, Finance, Assets and New Homes areas of the business.
