The Role

Put simply, this is a growth mission.

As our Head of International Sales, your single objective over the first 12 months will be to secure thirty-five high-value reseller or manufacturer partnerships across the globe, who will enjoy a period of exclusivity to distribute our products in their local markets. We are targeting plastic card resellers and plastic card manufacturers — a huge, untapped opportunity for them.

You will be the driving force taking Enviricard into new territories within the reseller card market, forging relationships that disrupt entrenched supply chains and replacing old solutions with a revolutionary alternative.


What You will Do

* Identify, target, and win thirty-five strategic reseller/manufacturer partners worldwide, with an overall card initial distribution target of three million cards. We believe this figure to be modest given the billions of plastic cards manufactured globally, and the unique nature of our product.
* Build strong commercial relationships with decision-makers at plastic card resellers and manufacturers.
* Position Enviricard as the must-have product in their portfolio — and a game-changer for their clients. We will be the first business to have a globally recognised mark of quality for cards via the Enviricard brand identity which will be made exclusively available to our partners.
* Negotiate and close large-scale deals with both speed and strategic precision.
* Shape our global go-to-market approach for this sector, working closely with the leadership team.
* Represent Enviricard at international trade shows, industry events, and direct client visits.


About You

You are an ambitious deal maker, and not a ‘business as usual’ account manager. You thrive on breaking into new markets, building credibility quickly, and delivering big wins.

We imagine you may already sell into the card industry — printers, hardware, or consumables — and you are ready to work for a business with real innovation behind it. You are motivated by the thrill of closing transformative deals and being at the forefront of a global shift in the industry.


Essential skills & experience:

* Proven history in international B2B sales.
* Strong network or demonstrable ability to win over new partners in manufacturing/reseller environments.
* Commercial negotiation skills at a senior level.
* Initiative-taking, entrepreneurial, and results driven.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
