Scope of work Advising on multi-jurisdictional corporate and funds transactions M&A, restructurings and the establishment of investment and holding structures Debt and equity financings connected to fund and corporate vehicles Working closely with leading onshore counsel and professional advisers Taking ownership of defined transaction workstreams, commensurate with experience Candidate profile Commonwealth qualified lawyer 3 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience Strong background in corporate funds or corporate real estate Solid transactional grounding, ideally including M&A or structured finance Comfortable managing complex matters involving multiple stakeholders Strong academics with sound analytical and numerical capability Willing and able to relocate to Jersey on a full-time basis The practice is known for technical rigour, structured thinking and disciplined execution on complex mandates.
