Your Role
Join our dynamic PMO team and play a key role in driving project success! We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support business operations and project delivery across a diverse portfolio. You’ll be at the heart of our divisional Project Office—streamlining processes, coordinating project activities, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. In this role you will play a key role in:
• Manage low-risk projects and support project accounting, including month-end closing, invoice generation, and purchase order tracking.
• Assist with business operations reporting, including timesheet data, utilisation, financials, efficiency, and compliance metrics.
• Support the PMO Manager with various business support tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Delivery Management Team.
Your Profile
* Experienced in project administration, with intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; understanding of business operations and processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high numeracy, and confidence working with data; effective communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
* Highly organised and adaptable, with strong time management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritise and switch between tasks efficiently.
* Team-oriented and self-motivated, accountable for delivering high-quality work under pressure in fast-paced environments. environment.
