Account Manager - Dental Department - REMOTE (UK)
Base Salary exp. £42,000
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the dental industry, maintaining strong relationships with them, and driving revenue growth for the company.
The role purpose is to develop and manage the dental solution proposition, to work alongside marketing, commercial, CSAT, Finance to sell, onboard and maintain plan customers – as the product grows the purpose will be to create a team that matches the growth that we achieve in order to provide the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of dental clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our payment plans and services
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the portfolio of services offered to clients
* Own the sales cycle and collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication to resolve any issues or concerns
* Ensure that clients are up to date with product and service offerings, and provide training and education as needed
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and the smooth delivery of services
* Monitor industry trends and developments to stay up to date with changes in the dental industry and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
* Work with the Head of Product to develop the product roadmap (based on customer insight, industry trends.)
* Work with the Head of Marketing to develop a key service and product proposition effectively communicating to the industry on a variety of platforms
Team training/development:
* Ongoing 121’s with the Head of Commercial / Head of Product and MD to work through a strategy to gain momentum in plans.
* Attendance at trade events to understand the competition.
* Support and guidance from Finance peers
