Job Title: Electrical Project Lead
Location: Ballymena Branch
Type: Full-time (38 hours/week) | 29 Days Holiday (including 8 statutory days)

What We're Looking For:
* Strong electrical background with confidence in managing projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and safety standards compliance.
* Organized, proactive, able to handle multiple priorities.
* Leadership skills to manage teams and solve problems on-site.
Key Requirements:
* Fully qualified electrician
* Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical project management
* Experience in installing and commissioning LV distribution panels
* Ability to lead teams and manage contractors
* Knowledge of health & safety practices (IOSH Managing Safely preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* HV experience is a bonus but not essential (training provided)
The Role Includes:
* Leading and delivering electrical engineering projects
* Planning, scheduling, and budget management
* Attending and leading project meetings
* Overseeing contractors and safety procedures
* Writing and reviewing risk assessments and RAMS
* Managing QA compliance and handover documentation
* Supporting commissioning and testing (FAT/SAT)
* Problem-solving and on-site solutions
* Generating reports and updating senior management
* Occasional flexibility required (e.g., weekends)
