Overview
Property Manager – Mossley Hill, Liverpool – £32k + Commission. We’re partnered with an area leading property management in Liverpool who’re looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team. The role will be to manage a portfolio of 130 residential properties with direct support from an inventory clerk.
Our client is rapidly growing and, due to bringing in new business, they are looking for someone to join at this early stage of growth and be a key part of the company’s future success. You will be working in a team of 3, with there being 8 staff in this office (they have a few more across Merseyside).
Role and Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Liverpool
* Handling the check-in/out processes
* Conducting property inspections
* Providing excellent customer service
* Liaising efficiently with other departments
* Issuing section notices when needed
Salary and Benefits
* £32,000 DOE
* 22 days annual leave + Bank holidays
* Modern office space
* Mon-Fri (9:00–17:30), 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:30–16:00) with a day off in lieu the following week

Qualifications and Skills
* 2+ years’ experience in property management
* Full UK Driving License
* Customer service focused
* Excellent time management and people skills
