Responsibilities
Organise, administer and directly participate in the provision of the catering service throughout the authority in schools, adult day care and housing with care units. This will encompass staff management, direct control over production, ordering of provisions and maintenance of stock levels.

o Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 14:00
o Friday: 07:30 – 11:30
