Essential Requirements:
4. Previous experience working within a Support Worker role with those that have complex care requirements.
5. NQV Level 2 in Health & Social Care
6. Good communication skills and to be able to work as part of a team as well as individually.
Desirable Requirements:
7. DBS Check: A clear DBS check is required for the role. If you dont currently have one, we can assist you in obtaining it.
8. Training certificates: Any relevant training or qualifications in health and social care are a bonus, but dont worry if you dont have these yetwe provide comprehensive training to all new starters.
