Our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their growing team. Within this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio, ensuring high standards of compliance, customer service and financial accuracy.Salary : £28k Key Responsibilities:Handling all admin aspects of the property lifecycle, including lettings, renewals and ongoing managementUnderstanding and managing the referencing process and Right to Rent requirementsPreparing, issuing and enforcing ASTs, including managing the renewals processEnsuring deposits are correctly registered and managing the deposit release processLiaising professionally with landlords, tenants and building managers at all levelsMaintaining all statutory records and ensuring full compliance with current legislationCoordinating contractors, maintenance works and property repairsManaging rent arrears and maintaining accurate financial records and transactionsPreparing weekly client reportsOrganising and carrying out property inspections as requiredExperience & Skills Required:Previous admin experienceA strong team player with excellent interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detail and strong numeracy skillsExceptional planning, organisation and prioritisation abilitiesConfident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approachThis role offers the opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established business, with scope for training and development for the right applicant.Please note:As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
