Overview
As a Porsche Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad‑hoc duties where required. Porsche Accounts Assistants work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays – Friday; however, this sometimes can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Responsibilities
* Support day‑to‑day functions of the accounts department including sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations.
* Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with other ad‑hoc duties.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an accounts role is advantageous.
* Proficient IT skills. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is required.
* Enthusiastic, well‑organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines while paying attention to detail.
* Can work both individually and as part of a small team.
