Duties

* Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste through efficient food preparation techniques.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
* Monitor kitchen performance and provide feedback to enhance team efficiency and morale.
Skills
* Proven experience in supervising a kitchen team, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
* Extensive knowledge of food production processes, including cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
