We are seeking a Contracts Manager for a respected Industrial Roofing and Cladding contractor based in Southampton. The company has over 15 years of experience and has completed projects such as Gatwick Airport, supermarkets, and schools.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role, providing initial quotations, supervising projects to completion, and leading client handovers. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, liaising with clients, project control, administration, and supporting senior management. You will also manage RAMS, Health & Safety, site diaries, guarantees, job sheets, and purchasing.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of Contracts Manager experience
* Good knowledge of industrial roofing and cladding
