Role Summary
Flame Health Pharmacy is recruiting for a GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join a progressive independent community pharmacy in Cambridgeshire.
This is a single-site pharmacist opportunity within the same independent pharmacy group as the Pharmacy Operations Manager role, but focused on delivering high-quality patient care, NHS services, private healthcare services, and day-to-day clinical leadership within one established community pharmacy.
The role would suit a confident Pharmacist with strong clinical standards, excellent patient communication skills, and an interest in working within a service-led independent pharmacy environment.

The pharmacy provides a wide range of NHS and private services, including NHS Flu and Covid vaccinations, NHS Pharmacy First, NHS Contraception, NHS Blood Pressure Checks, ABPM, emergency contraception, prescription delivery, private travel vaccinations, private weight loss injections, vitamin B12 injections, and other PGD-led private services.
This is a strong opportunity for a Pharmacist who enjoys patient-facing care and wants to work in a pharmacy where services are central to the business, not an afterthought.
Candidate Requirements
* The successful candidate must be a UK GPhC-registered Pharmacist with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience.
* Experience within an independent community pharmacy would be highly advantageous, although candidates from wider community pharmacy backgrounds will also be considered.
* You should be confident delivering, or willing to train to deliver, a broad range of NHS and private pharmacy services.
* Independent Prescribing qualification would be desirable, but is not essential.
* You should have strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills, a patient‑first approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a community pharmacy team.
