Job Title: Estate Director
Salary: £100K FTC
Contract: 6-9 months
Hybrid Working: 60/40
I am currently assisting a client in recruiting an interim Estates Director while they search for a permanent replacement. I am looking for an experienced Estates Director who has worked in the heritage sector and can manage a complex portfolio of buildings, including Grade 1 listed properties. This portfolio consists of both living accommodation and office space. The position will be site-based due to its nature and will have four direct reports.
The Director role encompasses both strategic leadership and operational management. This individual will lead and oversee the Services and Environmental Sustainability Departments to provide a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused planned and reactive service that meets the needs of the College.
