Job Description
The Civil Litigation Solicitor will be:
3. Managing a mixed caseload of litigated and non‑litigated civil matters
4. Preparing court documents and correspondence
5. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings
6. Advising clients on strategy and case progression
7. Liaising with counsel, clients, and third parties
8. Managing case files to ensure timely progress
9. Negotiating settlements where appropriate
10. Representing clients at court hearings and conferences
The Successful Applicant
The Civil Litigation Solicitor should be:
11. A solicitor with 2+ PQE in civil litigation experience
12. Competent in handling both litigated and non‑litigated work
13. Strong in legal drafting skills
14. Organised and able to manage a varied caseload
15. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
16. Comfortable working within a hybrid model
