I am currently partnered with a National Property Consultancy whom are seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with approximately 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their high performing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Red Book compliant valuations across a varied property portfolio, with a particular focus on loan security valuations for lending purposes.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake RICS Red Book valuations across commercial and/or residential assets
* Prepare loan security reports for banks and lending institutions
* Conduct property inspections and market analysis
* Produce accurate, well-reasoned valuation reports within deadlines
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Assist with portfolio valuations and advisory work as required
Requirements
* MRICS qualified with ~2 years PQE in valuation
* Strong experience in Red Book and loan security valuations
* Excellent report writing and analytical skills
* Good knowledge of the local property market
* Ability to manage multiple instructions and meet deadlines
