Accounts Administrator — Location: Lancaster — Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you looking to take your first steps into a career in finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join my client who are a large, well-established company based in Lancaster.
This role is perfect for an AAT studier or recent college leaver who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accountancy and finance, with plenty of scope to learn and develop in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Assisting with reconciliations and query resolution
* Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and accounting tasks
* Helping to maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Contributing to process improvements within the finance function
About You
* Studying AAT, or recently completed college studies in a finance-related subject
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to work well as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
