Our client is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their established Architecture and Interior Design practice based in Lewes. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team on a variety of projects within the hospitality and residential sectors, ranging from small to large scale. Experience in hospitality is advantageous, but candidates with experience in other sectors are also considered.

* Coordinate tender and construction design packages.
* Provide technical advice on user and site specifications.
* Be part of a small, collaborative design/technical team.
* Position based within a commutable distance of Lewes.
* Motivated individual with strong teamwork skills.
* Previous experience in hotel projects is a plus.
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant architectural experience.
* Maintain an excellent technical standard.
