Location: Police HQ, Eastleigh (Hybrid working based on business needs)
Salary: SO1, £35,526 - £37,692 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week

About The Role
To lead and manage an effective business support function within Corporate Insights, including the administration and governance of force policy, strategy, and supporting the force governance structure and other administrative functions related to Organizational Learning, Partnerships, and Inspection teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Line manage the OLT Coordinators and Corporate Support Officer, supporting their core functions.
2. Provide expertise and oversight for the processing, quality assurance, and governance of Force Policy and Procedure, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
3. Manage business administration functions, including form processing, strategy oversight, and board support.
4. Assist the Business and Learning Manager with the delivery of the Force Management Statement and business planning.
5. Administer and monitor the Corporate Insights Business Plan.
6. Support the administration of core boards led by Corporate Insights.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Educated to QCF Level 5 or equivalent experience.
* Experience in office/business management, overseeing diverse functions and leading teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and developing business processes and quality assurance.
* Desirable: Familiarity with policing organization and structure.
