Essential Requirements:
** Leadership qualification such as NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship
**Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with an advanced degree in education or a related field.
**Proven leadership experience in a special education setting, with a track record of effective team management and evidence-based school improvement.
**Strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) practices and policies.
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and effective relationships with various stakeholders.
**Strategic thinking abilities with robust problem-solving skills.
**A commitment to professional development and staying current with educational research and best practices in special education.
