What you will do:
* Provide essential social work expertise to family courts within public law proceedings concerning children and families
* Conduct thorough assessments and analyse information to aid informed judicial decisions
* Draft detailed reports and recommendations prioritising the child’s welfare in every aspect of practice
* Coordinate with legal professionals, education leaders, health services, and partner agencies to accumulate a holistic view of a child’s needs
* Attend court hearings and deliver evidence-based recommendations to the judiciary
* Offer support to children and families throughout court procedures, providing guidance and reassurance in difficult times
