Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified British Sign Language Lecturer.
We are looking for an experienced British Sign Language lecturer to deliver our Introduction to BSL evening courses from September, and ideally also be able to teach level 1 and 2 courses.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold a BSL qualification at level 6 or equivalent. You will have recent experience of teaching BSL, developing teaching materials and assessing learners. You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Deaf community, culture and history.
The successful candidate will be based Sighthill campus.
