You will play a key role in supporting pupils throughout their school day, including those with additional learning needs. Your work will help create a positive and inclusive educational experience for every child.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing tailored support to pupils with diverse needs
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and preparation
* Supporting the development of key academic and social skills
* Ensuring a safe and encouraging learning environment
* Working as part of a committed staff team
About You:
* Previous experience is helpful but not essential
* Warm, patient and motivated to support young learners
* Confident delivering both individual and group support
* Able to work collaboratively within a school setting
