At Cubitt House, we run some of London’s most beloved pubs, and The Coach Makers Arms is no exception – a three-storey beauty in the heart of Marylebone, combining timeless pub charm with top-tier food, drink, and service.
We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager who’s ready to step up and help run a busy, premium operation. You’ll be right-hand to the General Manager and a driving force on the floor – leading service, motivating the team, and making sure every guest leaves happy.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Day-to-day leadership across all areas of the pub – from buzzing bar to lively restaurant and private dining rooms.
2. Inspiring the team – leading by example, coaching, and helping staff grow.
