Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Overview:
As a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional and project-led surveying services across a commercial portfolio. You will be responsible for managing projects and professional instructions from inception through to completion, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client service.
Delivering a range of building surveying services across commercial assets
* Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects
* Undertaking professional work including dilapidations, technical due diligence and contract administration
* Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
* Proven experience within a consultancy/private practice environment
* Strong technical grounding across core building surveying disciplines
* Experience working with commercial property clients
* Commercial awareness with a proactive and reliable approach
* Full UK driving licence
