A variety of secondary schools in Sheffield are seeking confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide reliable classroom cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

These settings place a strong emphasis on consistency, clear expectations and positive behaviour management, ensuring students remain focused and learning continues smoothly during teacher absence.
About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning while managing classroom behaviour effectively. This role is well suited to teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety and working across different school environments.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Maintain a structured and positive learning environment
* Support student engagement and on-task learning throughout lessons
* Adapt quickly to different school routines and expectations
* Report any concerns to appropriate staff members
* Ensure continuity of learning during staff absence
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)
* Experience working within secondary school settings
* Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
* Confident, flexible and professional approach
* Ability to adapt to different subjects and environments
* Reliable and consistent availability
