As a Client Experience Team Leader you'll plan and support the day-to-day operations of our funeral homes in Aylesbury, Hazlemere, High Wycombe & Wendover ensuring delivery of the best end of life care. Flexibility to support other funeral homes may be required. This will include providing funeral home cover, delivering funeral plan sales and the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation and aftercare services.

What to expect...

9. Arrange and administer funeral consultations, funeral plan sales, memorialisation orders and aftercare services.
10. Manage, support and process all enquiries.
11. Supervise a dedicated team to exceed client expectations whilst ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
12. Deputise and support the Area Client Experience Manager with matters including payroll, overtime, rotas, recruitment, training, compliance visits, complaints, and any other operational matters.
13. Receive payments and complete administration of financial documentation, petty cash and weekly bookwork.
14. Build relationships with external agencies and promote community engagement initiatives.

What we're looking for...

15. Must be able to achieve FCA certification.
16. Full UK driving license required (access to your own vehicle).
17. Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
18. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
19. People-focused and able to communicate effectively to at all levels.
20. Excellent problem solver, with strong organisational abilities.

Training...

21. Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
22. Travel to other sites will be required.
