Description
The key responsibilities of the School Fees Assistant:
1. Process Accounts Receivable transactions in a timely manner to ensure ledgers are accurate and up to date
2. Deal with parents, students and colleagues' queries by phone, email or in person in a helpful, supportive and proactive manner
3. Undertake ad hoc duties and reporting as required
4. Build strong relationships with other departments within ACS
5. Process student records and invoices/credit notes
6. Maintain accurate billing information and instructions on the database to facilitate timely receipts
7. Collect credit card payments and record these and other payments on the database
8. Issue notice penalty invoices or process refunds for leaving families as applicable
