Branch Administrator Job - Dartford - Apply now to join Stannah

Are you a passionate Administrator ready for your next role? The Dartford Service Branch has a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service to join their team.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:15 and Friday 09:00 to 16:45.

As a Branch Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding administrative support with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

On a day-to-day basis, you will liaise with customers, engineers, and internal departments by phone and email, taking ownership of queries through to resolution.

Ideal candidate: Previous experience working within a busy office environment, scheduling work, and customer service experience are essential. Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, are required. The ability to remain composed, communicate effectively in high-pressure situations, plan and prioritize workloads, and interpret and report accurate data is crucial.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to enquiries by phone and email from customers and engineers, finding appropriate resolutions.
2. Schedule work for field engineers.
3. Process invoices and resolve queries.
4. Input, update, and maintain records within our electronic database.
5. Perform general administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and dealing with couriers and post.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
* A good level of education, including GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
* NVQ in Administration or equivalent is desirable.
