What you will be doing:
Business Planning:
Lead the production and maintenance of the 30-year business plan.
Collaborate with the team to provide and analyse financial data for the business plan.
Agree and input data with the Head of Treasury into the business planning model.
Prepare financial analysis and metrics for management review.
Support reports to senior management and the Board.
Update the business plan monthly to reflect changes in economic circumstances and business activities.
Model the impact of new development opportunities on the business plan, including loan covenant requirements.
Conduct stress-testing of the business plan and suggest mitigation strategies.
Develop business planning reports for senior management and the Board.
Prepare data inputs for quarterly and annual regulatory returns.
Create ad-hoc business plans as needed.Treasury Management:
Develop and prepare regular Treasury Management KPI reports and dashboard.
Produce monthly commentary on performance for monthly treasury reports.
Produce supporting treasury information for treasury reports to the Board.
Prepare financial analysis to meet information requirements for funders, regulators, and credit rating agencies.
Maintain treasury information on the Investors page of the website.
Support the development of treasury strategy and develop reporting processes to monitor progress.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the Head of Treasury as required.
General:
Work with other Finance Planning Analyst in the Finance Department to produce other financial analysis reporting as required.
Maintain the appropriate level of skills necessary to do the job.
Have a flexible approach to hours worked if necessary.
Participate in the review of this job description as necessary.
