The Opportunity
We have an exciting role for a store manager to join our Liverpool Penhaligon’s team. The working schedule is full‑time, 5 days per week (37.5 hrs) Monday – Sunday inclusive.
Responsibilities
* Oversee store operations, staff, merchandise and customer service; achieve sales objectives and maintain the highest operational and merchandising standards.
* Build highly motivated teams, coach and develop them to the next level.
* Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set business strategies.
* Support the development of Fragrance Consultants’ skills, ensuring they are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.
* Demonstrate sales leadership, playing an active role on the selling floor.
* Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service; resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
* Ensure correct staffing levels; understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash.
* Partner with operations, logistics and product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store; communicate inventory needs to support the business goal.
* Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect and reflective of current visual direction.
* Work with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies in a timely manner with the right candidate.
* Continuously evaluate the performance of each Fragrance Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure results.
