Property Support Officer (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for temporary cover while our Property Support Officer is on Maternity Leave. This key role ensures that customer contact through the team’s help desk is actioned and that contractors are instructed with appropriate priority. You will work with colleagues in the team to provide a fully responsive property management service, raising purchase orders, resolving invoice queries and making payments. The post also acts as the system administrator for the Council’s cloud‑based asset management system, for which appropriate training will be provided.
Good communication skills, literacy and numeracy are essential as well as an eye for detail.
