Overview
Temporary Reconciliation Clerk — Location: Garforth; Hours: 37.5; Contract Type: 3-6 month.
Search are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Reconciliation Clerk to work for a growing business in Garforth, working alongside the finance and supply chain team. This role focuses on stock reconciliation and ensuring discrepancies are resolved efficiently, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and accuracy.
This is a temporary role for a 3-6 month period with hybrid working. The modern, attractive office is in a convenient location with free on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform stock reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to clarify and correct financial records
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date reconciliation logs
Requirements
* Previous experience in a reconciliation or finance role
* Strong attention to detail and analytic skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage would be admirable)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
This will be paid hourly equivalent to up to £27,000 depending on experience.
