* Proven agency experience in acquisitions and disposals across a range of property sectors.
* Strong network and local market knowledge across Berkshire and Surrey.
* Confident in business development, client relationship management, and networking.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Familiarity with using social media and digital tools in a business context.
