CROOKHILL PARK GOLF COURSE Set in parkland, located in the heart of the South Yorkshire countryside on the outskirts of Doncaster, is a fantastic 18-hole golf course. Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, with a strong work ethic to become part of the Clubhouse team in delivering the front of house operation of golf and hospitality. Position: Shift Manager Salary: £27,589 per annum Hours: Average of 37 hours, worked across a three-week shift pattern which includes evenings and weekends About the Role Your primary aim is excellent customer service, be it dealing with our amazing club members, day visitors or people enjoying the Club House, you are the first person they meet and therefore you are a strong all-rounder. The course is open seasonally, so flexibility and adaptability to shifts in customer frequency is required through the Spring and Summer months when the venue is a busy hub of people enjoying the sport they love. About you You are a motivated individual who works well in small teams to achieve. Ideally you will have worked in a hospitality environment and be a personal licence holder, however training will be offered for the right person. You enjoy working front of house and interacting with people from all walks of life and wish to deliver a premier service.
