Science Technician - Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and set up equipment and resources for science lessons and experiments.
* Maintain and organise laboratory equipment, ensuring safety standards are met.
* Support teachers during practical sessions when required.
* Ensure safe storage and disposal of chemicals and materials.
* Carry out routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment.
* Provide technical support for science-based extracurricular activities.
Science Technician - Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Science Technician (or similar role) desirable.
* A science-related qualification (2:1 or above degree) preferred.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Good understanding of health and safety in a lab environment.
* A proactive and flexible approach with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
