We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a respected regional firm in Andover. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a mix of high-quality work, flexibility, and strong career prospects.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload covering:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection work
* Tax and Trusts matters
* Advising and supporting vulnerable clients
You will be part of a friendly, collaborative Private Client team with excellent administrative support and modern case management systems in place.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client law
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Experience handling a wide range of private client matters independently
* Comfortable dealing with vulnerable clients with sensitivity and professionalism
* Experience using case management systems
* STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
