Job Title: Teaching Assistant Salary: £10,077 - £10,235 (£13.65 per hour) Hours: 17.5 Monday to Friday 12.00pm - 3.30 pm Location: Flyford Flavell Primary School Fixed Term Contract Teaching Assistant We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic, and well-motivated Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one SEND support, whilst also contributing to the wider learning and development of pupils in our Reception class. The successful candidate will have: • have high expectations of pupils achievement and behaviour • have vision, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour • possess good communication skills • be a team player with a positive outlook • be driven by the needs of our children • have an ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors Previous TA experience and/or relevant qualifications are desirable, but we are happy to provide training and support for the right candidate.
