Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a well-established and supportive business? We’re hiring a Part-Time HR Advisor to join a busy department based in Glasgow, providing hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional seeking a part-time HR role in Glasgow with a flexible schedule. You’ll work across key areas including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and TUPE processes, making a real impact on both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* ·Deliver operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle
* ·Advise managers on performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters
* ·Support TUPE transfers, ensuring full legal and policy compliance
* ·Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal teams on best practices
* ·Contribute to HR reporting, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
* ·Proven experience as an HR Advisor (ideally within professional services or corporate settings)
* ·Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and UK employment law
* ·Confident handling TUPE, restructures, and absence management
* ·Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* ·Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
