Overview:
We’re supporting the Head of Syndicate Finance at a leading (Re)Insurer with the delivery of several key finance transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on Project Accountant role for an experienced professional with proven delivery capability across Syndicate Finance.
* Support the successful Phinsys implementation (Go-Live planned for Q3 2025)
* Contribute to the Syndicate’s Solvency UK preparations and reporting requirements
* Assist in shaping and embedding the Target Operating Model (TOM) across Finance
* Support implementation of a new Managing Agent (MA) structure
Required Experience:
* Proven project delivery within Syndicate Finance or Lloyd’s market environments
* Hands-on knowledge of Phinsys – either through project implementation or BAU support
* Strong understanding of Syndicate Finance operations, including:
* Reporting and ledger processes
* Solvency II / Solvency UK compliance
* Underwriting Data Warehouse (DW) and Policy Admin Systems (PAS)
* Highly organised, self-starter, able to manage multiple deliverables and shifting priorities
