Hybrid – 2‑3 days on site at Bupa Place, M50 (Permanent). Salary from £28,400 plus extensive benefits. 37.5 hours per week.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a B2B Existing Business Marketing Executive to join our team at Bupa Place, Salford Quays. In this role you will work with the B2B Existing Business Marketing Manager to deliver a programme of marketing communications activity that drives commercial growth through supporting our existing business. You will enable the clinics business to achieve targets by developing and maximising client profitability through direct and intermediary clients.
Responsibilities
* Champion Bupa Health Clinics’ full product range, the brand, the customer, and their needs through all communications.
* Attend meetings with key stakeholders to understand current upsell and cross‑sell activity and identify future opportunities to drive revenue.
* Support the quarterly webinar activity to existing clients, prospects and intermediaries, including theming, speakers, invitations, awareness and evaluation.
* Create monthly newsletters for clients to support engagement, awareness and cross‑sale opportunities.
* Support the engagement of intermediaries with awareness marketing.
* Assist account managers with merchandise and other print materials for benefits fairs and other events; provide accurate campaign performance updates to the Marketing Manager.
* Liaise across all areas of the business to ensure staff are briefed on the current status of marketing campaigns and performance.
* Ensure all communications meet brand, legal and compliance requirements and are compliant with FCA and advertising standards where relevant.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with some marketing experience.
* Understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix.
* Strong planning and organisational abilities.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive, persuasive manner, capable of influencing others.
* Ability to build and manage effective relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Experience with the latest tools, methods and approaches driving cross‑channel acquisition and retention.
* Experience using analytics and measurement and tracking tools within marketing communications channels and incorporating results into campaigns.
