As a Healthcare Assistant at our Ipswich clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care following Diaverum procedures, ultimately improving our patients\' quality of life. Your Responsibilities
* Maintaining clean equipment following proper training.
* Preparing supplies and packs for treatment.
* Conducting health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
* Escorting patients to clinical and waiting areas.
* Serving refreshments during treatments.
Our Requirements
* Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
* Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
* Ideally, previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
* Excellent communication skills (oral + written) with fluency in English.

* Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
* Monday to Saturday (no nights or Sunday working).
* Competitive Salary of up to £24,474 depending on experience.
* Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks).
