About the Role
Our client provides care and education for young people aged 1119 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, some of whom are on the autism spectrum and may exhibit challenging behaviour.
As a Support Worker, you will:
Help young people access education and community activities
Support the development of daily living and social skills
Administer medication and provide personal care when required
Participate in planning and attending day trips and events
Contribute to a supportive, caring team environment

What Were Looking For
A full UK driving licence
Patience, resilience, and a caring nature
Previous experience in a similar setting (preferred but not essential)
Willingness to complete or currently hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
