We're now looking for an Operations Manager
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Lead a safe and compliant operation by identifying risks, managing incident investigations, and promoting a strong Safety‑First culture across the site.
* Drive continuous improvement by reviewing performance, removing operational barriers, and embedding best‑practice health & safety standards.
* Implement and maintain OMS (Operational Management System) standards, including KPI setting, reporting structures and regular performance reviews.
* Communicate clear objectives, KPIs and roles across the leadership team, ensuring all supervisors are trained, aligned and equipped to deliver their responsibilities.
* Review operational structure and resource levels regularly, working with site leadership to ensure the operation is effectively staffed and supported.

* Previous experience in logistics operation
* Operations experience managing a team
* Line management experience
* Customer facing experience is an advantage
* Start-up experience, desirable
